The Space

This unique home started as a 40' shipping container! It's been fully modernized and makes for an unforgettable stay.

You'll love the rooftop deck; it's softly lit and is a beautiful place to enjoy pasture views with a glass of wine as the sun goes down.

Inside you'll find all the modern amenities for your trip to Waco-- a smart TV with seating space, a plush Queen-sized bed, a functional kitchenette with coffee, and a full-sized bathroom with custom tiled shower. Fun fact: 100+ year-old reclaimed barn wood was used for trim to bring in some old-world character.

And when you’re ready to get active, head to our brand-new pickleball court!

Everything at Homestead Heritage—Cafe Homestead, Homestead coffee roasting, and the Homestead Craft Village—is just a short walk away. There's so much to do, eat, learn, and see while you're here.

We can't wait to share this space with you!

Interaction

We live right around the corner so are available for anything you need including any questions on the house or your time in Waco. We’ll try to meet you to show you the house if possible but you can also check yourself in with the passcode we’ll send you the day of check-in.

You can park right at the house and Uber is available.

Policy Regarding Cancellations

For cancellations made 7 days before your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund. For cancelations made less than 7 days before your reservation, the cleaning fee will be refunded.

The living room is filled with natural light, it's a great place to get comfortable. Cozy pillows, a throw blanket, and a 42"" Roku Enabled TV all make for a great environment for relaxing with your favorite streaming services."

The kitchen features an under-counter refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with coffee, creamer, and sugar provided. Cups, mugs, bowls, utensils, and the other essentials are also provided for you!

At the kitchenette there is a sitting bar and two barstools, and you'll always have coffee provided for your stay.

In the bedroom there's a cozy Queen Tuft and Needle Mattress with extra pillows and blankets provided should you need them.

Enjoy a few pickleball games while you're here! The court is a 1-minute walk from the front door. Paddles and balls are provided for you in a box beside the court.

Welcome! The "Meadows" container home is ready for your stay. Watch horses graze from the rooftop deck, walk to the shops and restaurants of Homestead Heritage, and enjoy being close to everything in Waco.

We've used barn-style cedar doors throughout the interior, we love how they warm up the space.

Exterior

The rooftop deck is the perfect place to watch the sunset and look over the pasture.

A large pasture is to the front of our home, which provides beautiful views.

Despite feeling like you're in the country, you're also in walking distance from the shops and restaurants around Homestead Heritage and the Homestead Craft Village. Waco Waffle Co, Cafe Homestead, White Rock Burger Co., Heritage Coffee, and more!

Cafe Homestead is a fantastic restaurant (just check out it's online reviews) and is just a 5-8 minute walk from our place. They serve fresh, natural food true to the setting at Homestead Heritage, a traditional farming community! Everything is good!

The home backs up to a pond, creating some natural privacy and a nice view.

Our home is nestled in the country adjacent to the shops restaurants, and things to explore at Homestead Heritage. While you're here you'll have plenty of privacy without feeling isolated.

Who doesn't love a rooftop deck? It's all about the views up there, overlooks the stock pond to one back of the home, and a horse pasture towards the front!
