“Stillwater House” Tiny Container Home 12 min to Downtown/Magnolia

In addition to our standard top to bottom clean between every stay, all surfaces in the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, pillows and mattresses and of course, the entire bathroom are disinfected with a CDC-approved disinfectant that completely kills all viruses. Our cleaning protocols go far beyond what you will find in most all traditional hotels and are the same as the top luxury 5-star hotels. This unique home started as a 20’ shipping container. We insulated and paneled the interior in pine shiplap. The outside is clad with cedar siding with spacing to allow the original container to still be seen. Entry is through the original container doors. We removed the steel panels from the doors and replaced them with picturesque full glass. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with fully color-adjustable LED lights under the rail that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night. The deck is accessed by an alternating step stairway.
